Hey I’m Kassy Gandy owner of K.Beaute. Here we go by appointment only! I currently DO NO take any walk-ins. I am a one woman band, trying to get to everyone as soon as i can. So please utilize this website i have created to book your appointment or questions you might have. I have detailed everything as much as i can. If you still have questions you cannot find the answer to PLEASE TEXT or MESSAGE my business socials. Calls get lost in my phone and I do not want you to feel ignored. Payment methods for appointments: +CASH +Cash App. +Venmo +Apple Pay DEPOSITS: Are required for the following... -Specials - New guests. - Existing clients that have not been in, in the past 6 weeks The deposit will be sent through an invoice via text /email. If the deposit is not taken care of within 1 hour the invoice is sent then the appointment will be cancelled. This is to give others a fair chance to book desired time slot. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE/ ADJUSTMENT: 24 hours in advance, any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment with the card on file. If payment fails, there will be a payment due before next booking or you will not be able to re-book. NO SHOW: Card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. NEW guests will NOT be eligible to re-book. EXISTING GUESTS must get a hold of K.Beaute team or you will be terminated as a client. LATE: Please understand I run a tight schedule and cannot always accommodate if you’re not on time. If you arrive 5 minutes past appointment time you will have to be rescheduled and will be charged a 50% fee of your appointment. If for any reason during these occasions the card is declined, an invoice will be sent and you will be responsible for the fee, if it is not taken care of in a timely manner you will not be eligible to re-book. When booking you are aware of these terms and respectfully agree.
